Okay I am back on track today and I hope to stay that way for awhile.. whew... So this morning I woke up feeling good and did 30min of recumbent biking, I ate decent all day 1933Cal Pro32% Fat24% Carb44%. I had planned on doing the Jillian Shred workout tomorrow morning but then David left to play basketball it was game on. The sun was out but was starting to cool off a touch, with the laptop in the table and weights in hand away we went (in slippers).. (What?) Here is the set up..
