Weekend Workout Warrior

DAILY WORKOUT, SATURDAY:   YogaX..
Again I love this workout for all the challenges it provides in the beginning.  I find the challenges stimulating and garner a lot of encouragement as I progress and master different aspects of this workout. 




DAILY WORKOUT, SUNDAY:  Back and LegsX
The workout starts out with one leg on a bench to do weighted lunges, 25 lunges on each leg to be exact and I hold 15lb weights too.  That starts the quad pump and it continues all the way through, oh and Mr Horton I hold 15 lbs for calves but I may use 20lbs next week..  Not that I am comparing my weights to Tony I mean after all I am just a girl..  cheer
