Primal Chat meets Straight to the Bar

I have been using Twitter for some time now and have found it to be a wonderful source of information.  One thing I have really enjoyed is the hashtag #sbgym conversation that takes place on Wednesday evenings.  I was excited to hear that the hashtags #PrimalChat and #sbgym have joined to form #sbpc, this promises to be a very informative chat and I am excited to listen and hopefully contribute to that conversation tonight, please join in.

This is the announcement from the Primalchat.com site:

"Scott Bird heads the weightlifting site, StraighttotheBar.com.    His audience focuses on the weightlifting experience in all its many areas.  Our #primalchat audience over the past few weeks has really focused on the various aspects of food, especially since we know that is 80% of the program.  Incidentally, our two chats occur at the same time on Wednesdays at 8 PM CST.  So, what better idea is there than to merge these two communities for a full-on chat where both communities will be able to exchange information?  (The avoidance of peanut butter and chocolate to make Reese’s peanut butter cups is tempting, but let’s avoid that cliche, ok?  )

For tomorrow, March 31, #primalchat and #sbgym will merge into a singular Twitterchat using the hashtag #sbpc.  Please pass this on to everyone so they won’t miss either group.  We will tweet the hashtags throughout the event to make all aware, but being proactive allows everyone the full benefit of catching everything as it occurs.

Other benefits of merging this day are many.  Human beings are social creatures.  We love to talk, to learn, and to expand.  With a merged chat comes the ability to enhance our perspectives.  For us Primals, we get to act on the very things we’ve discussed; like breaking down misperceptions others may have of us.  Perhaps someone out there is lifting well, but eating horribly.  Tomorrow will be the opportunity to potentially change lives.  Likewise, you may learn something that will enhance your efforts in return.  The event should be interesting, educational and no doubt new friendships will emerge.  We hope you can all attend, assist with the trade of information and grow the tribe.  Join us and plant a seed."
