I have allergies to a few things and I know what my triggers are and when to expect a flare up; raking leaves and having mold allergies is one of them. I am lucky that I haven't had to experience colds very often but how can you tell one from the other. Identifying what you have going on first before working with various techniques to get yourself comfortable.
Colds are cause by viruses and there are many variations out to get you, your immune system comes to your defense after exposure. It is the symptoms of your immune defense that you notice during the course of your cold in response to the virus.
